Operational Jurisdictions
This is a list of jurisdictions where Penn Sports Interactive, LLC, in conjunction with its affiliate, Score Media and Gaming Inc., both wholly owned by Penn Interactive Ventures, LLC (collectively referred to as “PSI” herein) is authorized to offer the Services (as defined in the Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) to you. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.
In the jurisdictions listed below, PSI offers Services to you in conjunction with the “Market Access Entities”, and subject to the oversight, regulatory requirements, and licensing/registration conditions of the applicable “Gaming Authorities”. Your use of the Services in each jurisdiction listed below is subject to all laws and regulations applicable to such jurisdictions, the jurisdiction specific terms for each jurisdiction (each a “Jurisdiction Terms”), and the Governing Documents (as defined in the Terms of Use).
