Playoff Early Victory

Place a pre-game wager on any Moneyline or Match Result markets available for any NFL game(s) played this weekend. If the team you wagered on goes up by 16 or more points at any time during the game, your wager will be graded as a WIN.  

 

The “Sportsbook Insurance Bet & Get - Playoff Early Victory” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of ESPN BET, which can be viewed at ESPN BET Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following: 

 

  1. Description of Promotion 

How It Works (short terms)  

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is not required. 

  • Eligibility: Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account. 

  • Eligible Games: Any NFL game(s) played during the Promotion Period. 

  • Eligible Wagers: Players must place a pre-game cash wager of any amount on any Moneyline or Match Result markets available for any NFL game. All wager types eligible. 

  • Promotion Offer: Players who place an Eligible Wager on the Eligible NFL game during the Promotion Period will have their Eligible Wager graded as a Win if the team wagered on by the player goes up by 16 or more points at any time during the game. If the Eligible Wager is a Straight wager, your bet will be graded as a Win regardless of the outcome of the game. If the Eligible Wager is part of a Parlay or Same Game Parlay (SGP), that leg will be graded as a win. Limit one (1) Promotion Offer per Eligible Game. 

  • Promotion Period: The Promotion Periods are as follows: 

  • January 17, 2025: 12:00:00 PM ET - January 19, 2025: 6:30:00 PM ET 

  • Ineligible Wagers: Any wager that does not meet the Eligible Wager requirements or falls under any of the following below: 

  • Bets settled as “Win”, “Cash Out” or “Voided.” 

  • Bets not funded with the cash wallet. 

  • Live Wagers

  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance. 

  • To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or Play Through Requirements.

  1. Promotion Period 

The Promotion Periods are as follows: 

  • January 17, 2025: 12:00:00 PM ET - January 19, 2025: 6:30:00 PM ET

 

  1. Eligibility 

  • Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account.

  1. Action Required 

Place an Eligible Wager on the Eligible Game(s). If the team you wagered on goes up by 16 or more points at any point during the game, your wager will be graded as a WIN.   

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer 

If the player’s selected team goes up by 16 or more points at any time during the game, the wagers will be graded as a WIN. If the Eligible Wager was a Straight wager, your bet will be graded as a win regardless of the outcome of the game. If the Eligible Wager was a Parlay or Same Game Parlay (SGP), that leg will be graded as a win. Limit one (1) Promotion Offer per Eligible Game. 

 

  1. Registration Procedures 

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.  

 

  1. Limitations on Participation 

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.   1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions 

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period, or wagers that are settled using the live “Cash Out” feature are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer. 

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering 

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers. 

 

  1. Eligible Games 

Any NFL game played during the Promotion Period.  

 

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal

  1. Cancellation 

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  

  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. 

  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
