$40K Fortune Draw T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”) 

 

The $40K Fortune Draw offers Hollywood Casino players the opportunity to compete for a chance to win a share of $40,000 in PENN Play Credits (defined below). For every $50 in cumulative cash wagers wagered on the Eligible Games, players will earn one (1) entry towards a random drawing during the Promotion Period.

  • Eligible Wagers: Players who must opt-in and place cumulative cash wager(s) of $50 or more on the Eligible Games available on Hollywood Casino to earn one (1) entry towards the random drawing.  

  • Promotion Offer: Players who opt-in and place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games will earn one (1) entry into the random drawing for every $50 in cumulative cash wagered on the during the Promotion Period. 2,000 players will be selected to earn between $10 and $2,000 in PENN Play Credits. Prize winners are determined using a random number generator and each player is limited to one (1) winning entry.  

 

Prize breakdown below:

  • 1st Selection - $2,000 in PENN Play Credits 

  • 2nd - 3rd Selections - $850 in PENN Play Credits each 

  • 4th - 5th Selections - $500 in PENN Play Credits each 

  • 6th - 20th Selections - $200 in PENN Play Credits each 

  • 21st - 70th Selections - $100 in PENN Play Credits each 

  • 71st - 270th Selections - $50 in PENN Play Credits each 

  • 271st - 2,000th Selections - $10 in PENN Play Credits each 

 

  • PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement.   • Promotion Period: The Promotion Period is as follows:

Additional Terms 

  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance. 

  • PENN Play Credits will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours and must be used within seven (7) days of receipt. 

  • To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at  support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or Play Through Requirements.

  1. Promotion Period:

  1. Eligibility

  1. Action Required 

Players must opt-in within and place cumulative Eligible Wagers of $50+ on Eligible Games (see Section 10) during the Promotion Period. 

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer 

The random drawing for the prizes is completed within 72 hours of the conclusion of the Promotion Period, and prize winners are determined using a random number generator. Each player is limited to one (1) winning entry. The Promotion Offer will be credited to your Account in the form of PENN Play Credits. PENN Play Credits will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours and must be used within seven (7) days of receipt. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s decisions regarding winners are final. No further action is necessary. 

 

  1. Registration Procedures 

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.  

 

  1. Limitations on Participation 

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.   1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions 

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. 

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering 

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers. 

  • PENN Play Credits may be wagered on Hollywood Casino and must be manually selected when placing a wager.

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal 

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash.  

 

PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement.   • PENN Play Credits are consumed by expiration date, meaning credits with the soonest expiration date will be consumed first, followed by later expiration credits. Credits cannot be combined with cash but can be used with other PENN Play Credits to place higher value bets than the individual value of a singular Credit. 

 

Cancellation 

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at  support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer. 

  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. 

  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  

  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. 

  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
