Host Net Loss Offer (PENN Play Credits)

Sportsbook Insurance - Host Net Loss Offer T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”) 

 

Place cash wager(s) on any sportsbook market(s) available during the Promotion Period. After the conclusion of the specified Promotion Period, players players will receive a specified amount back on their total net cash losses incurred during the Promotion Period, up to a specified amount of PENN Play Credits (defined below). Percentage back and maximum amount will be specified by a Penn Interactive Host. 

 

The “Sportsbook Insurance - Host Net Loss Offer” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of ESPN BET, which can be viewed at ESPN BET Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following: 

 

1. Description of Promotion

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is not required.
  • Eligibility: Available to invited players with an active and verified Account (see Section 3).
  • Eligible Games: Any sportsbook market(s) available during the Promotion Period.
  • Eligible Wagers: Players must place cash wager(s) on any sportsbook market(s) available during the Promotion Period.
  • Promotion Offer: Players who place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games will receive a specified amount back on the total net cash losses incurred during the Promotion Period, up to a specified amount in PENN Play Credits. Limit of one (1) Promotion Offer per Account. Percentage back and PENN Play Credits value will be specified by a Penn Interactive Host.
    • PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play® Credits may be earned through ESPN BET or by redeeming PENN Cash on ESPN BET in accordance with the PENN Play® Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.   • Promotion Period: Below is the Promotion Period:
    • March 5, 2025: 12:00:00 AM ET - August 31, 2025: 11:59:59 PM ET
  • Ineligible Wagers:
      • Bets settled as “Cash Out” or “Voided.”
      • Wagers placed using Bonus Bets.
      • Placing wagers on both sides of a game or event is expressly prohibited and will disqualify you from the Promotion.

Additional Terms

  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance.
  • PENN Play Credits will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours and must be used within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

2. Promotion Period

Below is the Promotion Period:

  • March 5, 2025: 12:00:00 AM ET - August 31, 2025: 11:59:59 PM ET

 

3. Eligibility

  • Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account.

4. Action Required

  • Place Eligible Wager(s) on the Eligible Game(s) available during the Promotion Period.

 

5. Claiming Promotion Offer

6. Registration Procedures

  • To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.

 

7. Limitations on Participation

  • In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward. 8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

  • Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period, or wagers that are settled using the live “Cash Out” feature are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer.  Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.

 

9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.
  • Bonus Bets may be wagered on any ESPN BET markets and must be manually selected in your betslip window when placing a wager.

10. Eligible Games

  • Any market(s) available during the Promotion Period on ESPN BET. PENN Play Credits may be wagered on any event/sport/league available on ESPN BET or any game(s) available on Hollywood Casino (where available).

 

11. Restrictions on Withdrawal

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash.

 

PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through ESPN BET and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on ESPN BET and Hollywood Casino in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.   • PENN Play® Credits funds used on Sportsbook are restricted to lines greater than -200 (Example -110, +100, +200). Players will be able to select PENN Play® Credits for use on Sportsbook. If the Sportsbook bet is graded as a win, the stake amount and winnings will automatically convert to real cash upon settlement. PENN Play® Credits cannot be used to redeem other promotions or unlock Eligible Cashback.
  • PENN Play® Credits are consumed by expiration date, meaning credits with the soonest expiration date will be consumed first, followed by later expiration credits. Credits cannot be combined with cash but can be used with other PENN Play® Credits to place higher value bets than the individual value of a singular Credit award.

 

12. Cancellation

  • To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

14. Other Terms

  • In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail.
  • All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions.
  • You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
