VIP Golf Experience Giveaway T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”) 

 

VIP Golf Experience Giveaway offers select and invited ESPN BET players the opportunity to compete for a chance to win TGL Golf Experience on March 17, 2025. For every $500 in settled cash wagers (odds -200 or greater) on any markets during the Promotion Period, players will earn one (1) entry into a random drawing. For every $500 in settled cash wagers (odds -200 or greater) on any Golf markets during the Promotion Period, players will earn five (5) entries into a random drawing. One (1) winner will be randomly selected to win two (2) tickets to the TGL Golf Experience. In addition, the Top Wagerer who places the most cash wagers on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period will automatically qualify to win two (2) tickets to the TGL Golf Experience. 

 

The “VIP Golf Experience Giveaway” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of ESPN BET, which can be viewed at ESPN BET Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following: 

 

  1. Description of Promotion 

How It Works (short terms) 

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in required. 

  • Eligibility: Available to select and invited players with an active and verified Account (see Section 3). 

  • Eligible Games: Any markets available on ESPN BET will earn one (1) entry into the random drawing. Any Golf markets available on ESPN BET will earn five (5) entries into the random drawing. 

  • Eligible Wagers: For every $500 in total cash wagers (odds -200 or greater) placed on any Eligible Games, players will earn one (1) entry into the random drawing. For every $500 in total cash wagers (odds -200 or greater) placed on any Golf Markets, players will earn five (5) entries into the random drawing. All cash wagers must settle within the Promotion Period to be eligible. There is no limit to the number of entries a player may earn on ESPN BET during the Promotion Period. 

  • Promotion Offer: Players who opt-in and place Eligible Wagers (odds -200 or greater) on the Eligible Games will be entered into a random drawing for a chance to win a TGL Golf Experience on March 17, 2025. There will be a random drawing for one (1) player to win a TGL Golf Experience after the conclusion of the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be completed at the conclusion of the Promotion Period, and the winners will be determined using a random number generator. In addition, the Top Wagerer who places the most cash wagers during the Promotion Period will automatically qualify for two (2) tickets to the TGL Golf Experience (the “Top Wagerer”). The Top Wagerer is the one (1) player who wagered the most from their cash balance on the Eligible Game(s) during the Promotion Period. After the winners have been randomly selected, the players will be contacted by the Sponsor via email associated with their ESPN BET Account. Players must subscribe to email in order to be considered for the drawing. 

 

The TGL Golf Experience includes the following: 

  • Two (2) Tickets to the TGL Semifinal Playoffs on March 17, 2025, located at: TGL SoFi Center 3160 PGA Boulevard, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410 

  • Hotel Accommodation for three (3) nights 

  • Airfare Reimbursement up to $1,500 

  • TGL Hospitality Experience which includes playing the TGL course on 3/17/2025 or 3/18/2025. 

 

  • Promotion Period: Below is the Promotion Period for the Promotion: 

  • February 20, 2025: 8:00:00 AM ET - March 2, 2025: 11:59:59 PM ET  

  • Ineligible Wagers:  

  • Bets settled as “Cash Out” or “Voided.” 

  • Bets funded with Bonus Bets. 

  • Wagers placed prior to opting-in. 

  • Bets with odds -200 or less 

 

Additional Terms 

  • Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”): To enter for free,  without placing a wager and an opt-in to receive marketing communication from Sponsor, do the following: Players may be eligible for the Promotion entry by mailing their selections for an Eligible Wager to Penn Sports Interactive, LLC at 1818 Market Street, Suite 1300, Philadelphia, PA 19103 

  • Placing an actual Eligible Wager on ESPN BET is not necessary.  

  • Mail-in selections must still reflect the lines offered on espnbet.com at the time and meet the odds requirements. 

  • Mail-in selections must reference this promotion, contain a player’s full name associated with their Player Account, a player’s ESPN BET username, and their pick (team, spread/total, odds) for an Eligible Wager, and the date the mail is sent. 

  • Available to select and invited players with an active and verified Account (see Section 3). 

  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance. 

  • WINNERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE.

  1. Promotion Period 

Below is the Promotion Period for the Promotion:

  1. Eligibility 

  • The Promotion is only available to select and invited players with an active and verified Account.

  1. Action Required 

Players must opt-in and place Eligible Wagers on Eligible Games (see Section 10) during the Promotion Period.

The Top Wagerer is the one (1) player who wagered the most from their cash balance on the Eligible Game(s) during the Promotion Period. After the winner has been randomly selected, the player will be contacted by the Sponsor via the email associated with their ESPN BET Account. Players must subscribe to email in order to be considered for the drawing. In the case the Sponsor cannot fulfill any portion of the Promotion Offer for any unforeseeable reason, the random drawing winner will be paid the equivalent value of the unfulfilled portion in cash. WINNERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. 
 

  1. Registration Procedures 

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.  

 

  1. Limitations on Participation 

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward. 

 

  1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions 

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period, or wagers that are settled using the live “Cash Out” feature are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer. 

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering 

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.

Any markets available on ESPN BET will earn one (1) entry into the random drawing. Any Golf markets available on ESPN BET will earn five (5) entries into the random drawing.

  1. Cancellation 

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  • You may only have one (1) active Account at any time. 

  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer. 

  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. 

  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 

  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. 

  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
