$2,500 VIP New Customer Offer T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”) 

 

Players who register for a new Account using the Promotion Code “VIP2500” can earn $500 in PENN Play Credits (defined below) for every $1,000 wagered on the ESPN BET app, up to a maximum of $2,500 in PENN Play Credits. Players MUST enter and apply the Promotion Code into the “Optional Promotion Code” field then click/tap “Apply” during the first step of the registration in order to be eligible for the Promotion Offer. All wagers must settle within 72 hours of completing your first deposit.

How It Works (short terms)  

  • Opt-in Requirement: No opt-in is required. 

  • Eligibility: Available to never previously registered players in the State of North Carolina. 

  • Eligible Action: Players must enter and apply the Promotion Code into the “Optional Promotion Code” field then click “Apply” during the first step of the Registration process. 

  • Players will be provided with a registration promotion code prior to signing up for a new Account via a wide range of media platforms, including but not limited to email, targeted paid digital media & radio advertisements, social media platforms, partner apps/websites, events, and/or in-person at specified PENN Entertainment brick and mortar retail locations. 

  • Eligible Games: Any event/sport/league available on the ESPN BET app during the Promotion Period. 

  • Eligible Wager: Players must place cash wager(s) with odds greater than or equal to –150 on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period. All wagers must settle within 72 hours of completing the first eligible deposit. 

  • Promotion Offer: Players who place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period will earn $500 in PENN Play Credits for every $1,000 wagered on the ESPN BET app. Players can earn a maximum of $2,500 in PENN Play Credits during the Promotion Period. 

  • PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play® Credits may be earned through ESPN BET or by redeeming PENN Cash on ESPN BET in accordance with the PENN Play® Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.   • Promotion Period: The Promotion will begin at 12:00:00 AM ET on January 13, 2025 and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on February 28, 2025. 

 

Additional Terms 

  • Players must use the provided Promotion Code during the registration process when creating a new Account. 

  • Players must enter promotion code into the “Optional Promotion Code” field then click/tap “Apply” during the first step of the registration in order to receive the Promotion Offer. 

  • Players who do not register with the Promotion Code, or do not successfully “apply” the code during registration will not receive any Promotion Offer. 

  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance. 

  • PENN Play Credits will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours and must be used within seven (7) days of receipt.

  1. Promotion Period 

The Promotion will begin at 12:00:00 AM ET on January 13, 2025 and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on February 28, 2025. 

 

  1. Eligibility

  1. Action Required 

Players must register with Promotion Code “VIP2500” when registering for a new ESPN BET Account. Minimum odds of -150 or longer. Players must enter and apply the Promotion Code into the “Optional Promotion Code” field then click “Apply” during the first step of the Registration process. 

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer 

Players who place Eligible Wagers can earn $500 in PENN Play Credits for every $1,000 wagered on ESPN BET. Players can earn a maximum of $2,500 in PENN Play Credits. All wagers must settle within 72 hours of completing your first deposit to be eligible for the Promotion Offer. PENN Play Credits will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours and must be used within seven (7) days of receipt. 

 

  1. Registration Procedures 

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered with the promo code for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.  If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.  

 

  1. Limitations on Participation 

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.   1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions 

Any Action Required completed outside of the Promotion Period, or wagers that are settled using the live “Cash Out” feature are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer. 

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering 

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers. 

  • PENN Play Credit may be wagered on ESPN BET or Hollywood Casino and must be manually selected when placing a wager.

  1. Eligible Games 

Any event/sport/league available on the ESPN BET app during the Promotion Period. Promotion Offer may be wagered on any market or game available on ESPN BET. 

 

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal 

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash.  

  • PENN Play® Credits funds used on Sportsbook are restricted to lines greater than -200 (Example -110, +100, +200). Players will be able to select PENN Play® Credits for use on Sportsbook. If the Sportsbook bet is graded as a win, the stake amount and winnings will automatically convert to real cash upon settlement. PENN Play® Credits cannot be used to redeem other promotions or unlock Eligible Cashback. 

  • PENN Play® Credits are consumed by expiration date, meaning credits with the soonest expiration date will be consumed first, followed by later expiration credits. Credits cannot be combined with cash, but can be used with other PENN Play® Credits to place higher value bets than the individual value of a singular Credit award. 

 

  1. Cancellation 

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  • You may only have one (1) active Account at any time. 

  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer. 

  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. 

  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  

  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. 

  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
