Thanksgiving Harvest of Riches T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”) 

Thanksgiving Harvest of Riches offers players a chance to win a share of $82,080 in Cash by earning entries into a random drawing by wagering $20 or more on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period. 

The “Thanksgiving Harvest of Riches” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of ESPN BET, which can be viewed at ESPN BET Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following: 

  1. Description of Promotion 

How It Works (short terms) 

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in not required  

  • Eligibility: Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account. 

  • Eligible Games: The Eligible Game(s) for the Promotion are as follows:

  • Eligible Wagers: Players must place cash wagers of at least $20 or more on the Eligible Game(s) during the Promotion Period. For every $20 wagered on the Eligible Game(s), players will earn one (1) entry into the random drawing. Players may receive up to a maximum of 25 entries per day during the Promotion Period. 

  • Promotion Offer: Players who place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period, will earn one (1) entry towards the random drawing. Players may receive up to a maximum of 25 entries per day during the Promotion Period. Prize Winners will be selected at random using a random number generator by Evolution. The random drawing will be completed by Evolution on December 4, 2024. Cash prizes will be awarded within three (3) business days. Winners will be selected across the entire Evolution network.  

 

The Prize Structure is below: 

  • 1st: $20,000 Cash 

  • 2nd: $8,000 Cash 

  • 3rd: $4,000 Cash 

  • 4th - 10th: $500 Cash each 

  • 11th - 20th: $350 Cash each 

  • 21st - 117th: $80 Cash each 

  • 118th - 1,000th: $40 Cash each 

 

  • Promotion Period: The Promotion Period is as follows:  

  • 12:00:00 AM ET on November 18, 2024, and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 1, 2024. 

  • Each ‘day’ of the Promotion Period is defined as 12:00:00 AM ET to 11:59:59 PM ET 

 

Additional Terms 

  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance. 

  • Cash will be added to a player’s Account within three (3) business days upon receipt of notification. 

  • Prize Winners will be selected at random using a random number generator by Evolution. 

  • Each player is limited to being randomly selected once during the random drawing. In the event a player is randomly selected twice, there will be subsequent redraws until there are 1,000 unique Prize Winners. 

  • To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at  support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or Play Through Requirements.

  1. Promotion Period 

The Promotion Period is as follows:  

  • 12:00:00 AM ET on November 18, 2024, and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 1, 2024. 

  • Each ‘day’ of the Promotion Period is defined as 12:00:00 AM ET to 11:59:59 PM ET 

 

  1. Eligibility 

  • Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account.

  1. Action Required 

Players must place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Game (see Section 10) during the Promotion Period. 

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer 

The random drawing will be completed within three (3) days of the conclusion of the Promotion Period, and the winner will be determined using a random number generator by Evolution. After the winners have been randomly selected, the player will be contacted by the Sponsor. If the same player is selected twice, there will be subsequent redraws until there are 1,000 unique Prize Winners. The random drawing will be completed by Evolution on December 4, 2024.   1. Registration Procedures 

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.  

 

  1. Limitations on Participation 

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.   1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions 

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer.  

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering 

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. 

  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
