10th Hand on Us - PENN Play Credits

10th Hand on Us T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”) 

 

Players can opt-in daily and place nine (9) Cash Wagers of $10+ on the Eligible Blackjack Game to receive $10 in PENN Play Credits (defined below).  

 

The “10th Hand on Us” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of ESPN BET, which can be viewed at ESPN BET Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following: 

 

  1. Description of Promotion 

How It Works (short terms)  

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is required daily. 

  • Eligibility: Available to all players with an active and verified Account.   

  • Eligible Games: The following Eligible Game is available for the Promotion Offer: 

  • NJ: Hollywood Casino Multiplayer Blackjack (PGS) 

  • MI: Hollywood Casino Blackjack Surrender Side Bets (PGS) 

  • Eligible Wagers: Players must opt-in daily and place nine (9) cash wagers of $10 or more on the Eligible Game at least one (1) day during the Promotion Period.  

  • Promotion Offer: Players who opt-in daily and place Eligible Wager(s) on the Eligible Game during the Promotion Period will receive $10 in PENN Play Credits, up to a maximum of $50 in PENN Play Credits during the Promotion Period. Players may claim the Promotion Offer one (1) time each day during the Promotion Period.   

  • PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through ESPN BET and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on ESPN BET in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.   • PENN Play Credits are consumed by expiration date, meaning credits with the soonest expiration date will be consumed first, followed by later expiration credits. Credits cannot be combined with cash but can be used with other PENN Play Credits to place higher value bets than the individual value of a singular Credit. 

  • Promotion Period: Below is the Promotion Period: 

  • 12:00:00 AM ET on December 2, 2024, and end on December 8, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM ET 

  • Each “day” of the Promotion Period is defined as 12:00:00 AM EST to 11:59:59 PM EST. 

 

Additional Terms 

  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance. 

  • PENN Play Credits are added automatically to a player’s Account upon completing the promotional requirements. 

  • PENN Play Credits must be used within three (3) days after receipt.

  1. Promotion Period  

Below is the Promotion Period: 

  •  12:00:00 AM ET on December 2, 2024, and end on December 8, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM ET 

  • Each “day” of the Promotion Period is defined as 12:00:00 AM EST to 11:59:59 PM EST. 

 

  1. Eligibility 

  • Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account. 

  • Eligibility restrictions apply. See ‘Eligibility’ section of the Promotion Terms for details. 

 

  1. Action Required 

Players must opt-in daily and place nine (9) cash wagers of $10 or more on the Eligible Blackjack Game. Players may claim the Promotion Offer one (1) time each day during the Promotion Period. 

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer 

PENN Play Credit is added automatically to a player’s Account upon completing the promotional requirements and must be used within three (3) days of receipt. Promotion Offer is redeemable one (5) times per the Promotion Period. 

 

  1. Registration Procedures 

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.  

 

  1. Limitations on Participation 

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward. 

 

  1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions 

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer. 

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering  

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers. 

  • PENN Play Credits may be wagered on ESPN BET or Hollywood Casino and must be manually selected when placing a wager.

  1. Eligible Games

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal 

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash.

  1. Cancellation 

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  • In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail.

  • You may only have one (1) active Account at any time. 

  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer. 

  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. 

  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 

  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. 

  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any
