Hollywood Casino Perryville Merch Giveaway invites existing players who visit Hollywood Casino Perryville and visit the ESPN BET activation station the opportunity to receive PENN Play merchandise.

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in not required.
  • Eligibility: The Promotion is only available to players with an active and verified Account (see Section 3) who visit the ESPN BET activation station at Hollywood Casino Perryville.
  • Eligible Games: Any games, events, matches, etc. available on ESPN BET. 
  • Eligible Wagers: Players must make a $10 or more CASH wager on ESPN BET during the Promotion Period.
  • Promotion Period: Players must place Eligible Wagers between 5:00:00 PM ET and 11:59:59 PM ET on December 16, 2023.
  • Promotion Offer: Players who visit the ESPN BET activation station at Hollywood Casino Perryville and place a $10 or more CASH wager on ESPN BET that is verified by an ESPN BET representative will receive an exclusive piece of PENN Play merchandise. 
  • Ineligible Wagers: 
    • Bets settled as “Cash Out” or “Voided.” 
    • Bets funded with Bonus Bets or Bonus Spins.

 

Additional Terms

The Promotion will begin at 5:00:00 PM ET and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 16, 2023.

  1. Action Required

Players must visit the ESPN BET activation station at Hollywood Casino Perryville and place an Eligible Wager on Eligible Games which is verified by an ESPN BET representative (see Section 10) during the Promotion Period.

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer

Players who place an Eligible Wager will receive the Promotion Offer, regardless of if their wager settles as a win or loss. 

 

  1. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.  If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

  1. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith.  This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor  to receive any reward.   1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period, or wagers that are settled using the live “Cash Out” feature are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer.  Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering

Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.

 

  1. Eligible Games

Eligible Wagers may be placed on any sports game, match, or event available on the ESPN BET. 

 

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal

  1. Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.

  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
