Should you have a dispute related to the use of ESPN BET and Hollywood Casino, our Customer Support department will do everything in its power to resolve it within seventy-two (72) hours of your initial contact. In the unlikely event you deem our solution unsatisfactory, and your issue remains unsolved our Customer Support department will be happy to provide additional escalation path for you, if needed.

Indiana

• In the event Customer Support is unable to resolve your issue or complaint to your satisfaction, you may choose to escalate the matter to the Indiana Gaming Commission. The Indiana Gaming Commission requires that all patron comments, or complaints, are submitted in writing.
