Mint Club Drawing T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)

 

The Mint Club Drawing offers ESPN BET players the opportunity to compete for a chance to win PENN Play Credits (defined below), Bonus Bets (defined below), or ESPN BET Merchandise. Players will automatically receive one (1) entry towards a random drawing at the end of the Promotion Period.

 

The “Mint Club Drawing” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of ESPN BET, which can be viewed at Hollywood Casino Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

 

Description of Promotion

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is not Required
  • Eligibility: Available to registered players with an active and verified Account who have successfully linked their ESPN & ESPN BET Accounts and received the Promotion communication.
  • Promotion Offer: Players who successfully link their ESPN & ESPN BET Accounts will earn one (1) entry into a random drawing for a chance to earn PENN Play Credits, Bonus Bets, or ESPN BET merchandise. Maximum of one (1) entry per Account. The random drawing will be completed at the conclusion of the Promotion Period, and the winners will be determined using a random number generator. Each player is limited to one (1) winning entry. After the winners have been randomly selected, the players will be contacted by the Sponsor via email associated with their ESPN BET Account. Players must subscribe to email in order to be considered for the drawing. Prize breakdown below:
    • 5 random Selections - $5,000 in PENN Play Credits each
    • 10 random Selections - $1,000 in PENN Play Credits each
    • 290 random Selections - $50 Bonus Bet each
    • 1,740 random Selections - $25 Bonus Bet each
    • 8,700 random Selections - $10 Bonus Bet each
    • 2,000 random Selections - ESPN BET merchandise

 

  • PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through ESPN BET and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on ESPN BET in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.   • Bonus Bets are bonus funds which may only be used on ESPN BET. Wagering with Bonus Bets makes no deductions from your cash balance. Wagers with Bonus Bets that settle as a WIN will only return the winnings to the player in withdrawable cash.   • Promotion Period: The Promotion Period is as follows: 
  • May 1, 2025: 12:00:00 AM ET - May 31, 2025: 11:59:59 PM ET

 

Additional Terms

  • PENN Play Credits and Bonus Bet will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours of the conclusion of the Promotion Period and must be used within three (3) days of receipt.
  • ESPN BET Merchandise will be mailed to the players address on file within their Account within 75 Days of the conclusion of the Promotion Period.

  • To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or Play Through Requirements.

Claiming Promotion Offer

The random drawing for the prizes is completed within 72 hours of the conclusion of the Promotion Period, and prize winners are determined using a random number generator. Each player is limited to one (1) winning entry. PENN Play Credits and Bonus Bets will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours and must be used within three (3) days of receipt. ESPN BET Merchandise prize winners will receive a communication survey, which must be completed within three (3) days or prizes will stand forfeit. Sponsor’s decisions regarding winners are final. No further action is necessary.

 

Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.

 

Order of Funds Used for Wagering

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.
  • PENN Play Credits may be wagered on eligible Hollywood Casino games or any market available on ESPN BET and must be wagered before you may use your cash balance.
  • Bonus Bets may be wagered on eligible ESPN BET markets and must be manually selected in your betslip window when placing a wager.

Restrictions on Withdrawal

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash. 

 

Bonus Bet funds are eligible to be wagered in line with all the following requirements (“Bonus Bet Requirements”) in order to be converted to withdrawable real cash:

  • Bonus Bet funds can be redeemed on any Sportsbook market, including straights, parlays, and futures. 
  • Bonus Bets may only be redeemed one at a time.
  • Winnings will automatically convert to real cash upon bet settlement. 
  • Bonus Bets cannot be used on any Casino games.

 

PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement.   • PENN Play Credits are consumed by expiration date, meaning credits with the soonest expiration date will be consumed first, followed by later expiration credits. Credits cannot be combined with cash but can be used with other PENN Play Credits to place higher value bets than the individual value of a singular Credit.

 

Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at  support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  • In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail. 
  • All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions.
  • You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward
