Players can enter to earn one (1) free entry for a chance to win a share of $250,000 in Cash & Prizes by opting into the Promotion. PENN Play members can earn one (1) entry by earning five (5) Tier Points on a slot or table game at a PENN Play destination and/or Hollywood Casino online during the Promotion Period. In addition, players will earn one (1) entry into the random drawing for every $10 or more wagered on any straight wagers placed on the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament game(s) on ESPN BET. Players can receive two (2) entries into the random drawing for every 3+ leg parlay wagers of $25 or more placed on the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament game(s) on ESPN BET.  
 

The “PENN College Basketball Championship $250,000 Promotion” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of ESPN BET, which can be viewed at ESPN BET Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following: 

1. Description of Promotion 

How It Works (short terms)  

• Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in via the promotions page on ESPN BET is required. 

• Eligibility: Available to all PENN Play members who have a active and verified Account on Hollywood Casino/ESPN BET.  

• Eligible Games: Any slot game or table game at a PENN Play destination and/or any game(s) available on Hollywood Casino online. Hollywood Casino online available in select states. Any NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament game(s) available on ESPN BET.  

• Eligible Wagers: Players must opt-in via the promotions page and place cash wagers on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period. All players will earn one (1) entry upon opt-in to the Promotion. For every five (5) PENN Play Tier Points earned on any slot or table game at a PENN Play Destination and/or Hollywood Casino online, players will earn one (1) entry into the random drawing. In addition, players will earn one (1) entry into the random drawing for every $10 or more wagered on any straight wagers placed on the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament game(s) on ESPN BET. Players can earn two (2) entries for every 3+ Leg Parlay or Same Game Parlay (SGP) Wager(s) of $25 or more placed on the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. • Promotion Offer: Players who opt-in and place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games will be entered into a random drawing for a chance to win a share of $250,000 in Prizes. Players will receive one (1) free entry automatically upon opt-in. Players can earn additional entries by placing Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period. There is no limit to the number of entries a player may earn during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be completed on April 10, 2025, and the winners will be determined using a random number generator. 457 Players will be randomly selected to win one (1) of the following Prizes below:

Additionally, there will be three (3) periods of weekly $50 ESPN BET Bonus Bet drops to 1,000 randomly selected Accounts who have opted-in to the Promotion during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be completed on the following days and the winners will be determined using a random number generator:

Bonus Bets are bonus funds which may only be used on ESPN BET. Wagering with Bonus Bets makes no deductions from your cash balance. Wagers with Bonus Bets that settle as a WIN will only return the winnings to the player in withdrawable cash. • Promotion Period: The Promotion Period is as follows:

• Ineligible Wagers: Any wager that does not meet the Eligible Wager requirements or falls under any of the below: 

• Bets settled as “Cash Out” or “Voided.” 

• Bets not funded with the cash wallet. 

• Bets placed prior to opt-in.

2. Promotion Period 

The Promotion Period is as follows:  

• March 16, 2025: 12:00:00 AM ET - April 7, 2025: 11:59:59 PM ET 

3. Eligibility 

• Available to all PENN Play members who have an active and verified Account on Hollywood Casino/ESPN BET. 

• Available to registered players with a current ESPN BET Account. 
   

4. Action Required 

Players must opt-in via the promotions page and place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period. For every five (5) PENN Play Tier Points earned on any slot or table game at a PENN Play Destination and/or Hollywood Casino online, players will earn one (1) entry into a random drawing. In addition, players will earn one (1) entry into the random drawing for every $10 or more wagered on any straight wagers placed on the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament game(s) on ESPN BET. 5. Claiming Promotion  

The random drawing for the Promotion Offer will be completed on April 10, 2025. The winners will be determined using a random number generator. Each player is limited to one (1) winning draw. Players must be subscribed to email in order to be considered for the drawing. Promotion Offer will be sent to the email address associated with the player’s ESPN BET Account within seven (7) days. Limit of one (1) Promotion per Account. No cash or other prize substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable value or greater. 

ESPN BET Bonus Bet drops will be added to 1,000 randomly selected Accounts that have opted-in to the Promotion. Bonus Bets will be applied to the player’s Account automatically and must be used within five (5) days of receipt.  Bonus Bet drops are not prizes associated with entries and do not require additional play to obtain. 

PENN Cash will be added to players Accounts within the PENN Play app within 72 hours, and players must have the PENN Play app to claim. PENN Cash must be used within 25 days of receipt. Cash will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours after the random drawing is completed. Bonus Bets will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours and must be used within five (5) days of receipt. Ticketmaster and Rally House Digital Gift Cards will be emailed to the email associated with the player’s ESPN BET Account. Cash and trip prizes will be communicated with instruction via email on file. PENN Entertainment reserves the right to fill winners if prizes are not claimed within 72 hours. THE WINNER(S) ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. In the case the Sponsor cannot fulfill any portion of the PENN College Basketball Championship Promotion for any unforeseeable reason, the random drawing winner(s) will be paid the equivalent value of the unfulfilled portion in cash. 

TM Gift Card may be used toward the purchase of tickets sold through the Ticketmaster and Live Nation websites and in the Ticketmaster mobile app in the U.S. and Canada. TM Gift Card cannot be used toward VIP Nation®, fan clubs, other gift cards and select ticket packages. Exclusions may apply to TM+, Platinum, Fan-to-Fan Resale, TicketExchange by Ticketmaster® and other tickets not sold directly by Ticketmaster. Other exclusions may apply. TM Gift Card cannot be combined with other Gift Cards, gift certificates or other coupons. Use of TM Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and the additional terms found here, which are subject to change at any time without notice. The use of a TM Gift Card on the Ticketmaster and Live Nation websites are subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on each site. 

6. Registration Procedures 

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.  

7. Limitations on Participation 

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward. 8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions 

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period, or wagers that are settled using the live “Cash Out” feature are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer.  Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer. 

9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering 

• Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers. 

• Bonus Bets may be wagered on any markets and must be manually selected in your betslip window when placing a wager.

10. Eligible Games 

Any slot game or table game at a PENN Play destination and/or any game(s) available on Hollywood Casino online. Hollywood Casino online available in select states. Any NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament game(s) available on ESPN BET. Bonus Bets may be wagered on any game/event/market available on ESPN BET. 

11. Restrictions on Withdrawal 

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash.  

Bonus Bet funds are eligible to be wagered in line with all the following requirements (“Bonus Bet Requirements”) in order to be converted to withdrawable real cash: 

• Bonus Bet funds can be redeemed on any Sportsbook market, including straights, parlays, and futures.  

• Bonus Bets may only be redeemed one at a time. 

• Winnings will automatically convert to real cash upon bet settlement.  

• Bonus Bets cannot be used on any Casino games. 

12. Cancellation 

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at [e-mail] with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

• In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail.  

• All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions. 

• You may only have one (1) active Account at any time. 

• By accepting the Promotion  or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. 

• Subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. 

• Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  

• Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. 

• Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any Promotion Prize or reward. 

RELEASE  

• Except where prohibited, by participating in the Promotion, you agree to release Sponsor, Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”); Ticketmaster, LLC (“Ticketmaster”), Sampler Stores, Inc. And Rally House Stores, Inc. (“Rally House”), promotional agencies, franchisees, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees (collectively “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation (a) the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information; (b) acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of the prize that may be awarded; (c) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (d) technical and/or communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind; (e) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion; (f) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (g) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize; (h) if Sponsor must cancel or terminate the Promotion for any reason; or (i) if any prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond Released Parties control. You agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability shall be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees or other legal costs. 

• You acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize including, without limitation, the prize quality or availability.  

• Live Nation, Ticketmaster and Rally House are not Sponsors of the Promotion and are in no way responsible for the administration of the Promotion, the verification of winners or the fulfillment of prizing.  All inquiries regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Sponsor.
