New Player 24 Hour Insurance T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”) 

 

New Hollywood Casino players will receive 100% back in PENN Play Credits (defined below) on their total net cash losses sustained on Casino wagers within the first 24 hours of play on Hollywood Casino. Minimum net cash loss of at least $10 to be eligible for the Promotion Offer, up to a maximum of $500 in PENN Play Credits.  

 

The “New Player 24 Hour Insurance” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of ESPN BET, which can be viewed at ESPN BET Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

How It Works (short terms)  

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is not required. 

  • Eligibility: Available to never previously registered and deposited players of a Penn Sports Interactive, LLC sports betting product, who reside in a state where the ESPN BET app is live. 

  • Eligible Games: Any game(s) available on Hollywood Casino. 

  • Action Required:  

  • Step 1: Register for a new Account. 

  • Step 2: Players must make a deposit of at least $10 into their Account and place a cash wager of any amount on an Eligible Game during the Promotion Period to be eligible for the Promotion Offer.   

  • Promotion Offer: Players who register for an ESPN BET Account will receive 100% back in PENN Play Credits on their total net cash losses sustained on Casino wagers within the first 24 hours of play on Hollywood Casino. Players must incur a minimum net cash loss of at least $10 to be eligible for the Promotion Offer. Players can receive up to $500 in  PENN Play Credits.  

  • PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through ESPN BET and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on ESPN BET in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply. Additional Terms 

  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance. 

  • PENN Play Credits will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours and must be used within seven (7) days of receipt.

  1. Action Required 

Players must register for an ESPN BET Account and sustain a minimum net loss on casino of $10+.  

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer 

Players who register for an Account during the Promotion Period will receive the Promotion Offer. PENN Play Credits will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours and must be used within seven (7) days of receipt. No further action is necessary. 

  

  1. Registration Procedures 

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.  

 

  1. Limitations on Participation 

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward. 

 

  1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions 

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer. 

  

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering  

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers. 

  • PENN Play Credits may be wagered on ESPN BET or Hollywood Casino and must be manually selected when placing a wager.

  1. Eligible Games 

Eligible Wagers may be placed on any games available on Hollywood Casino. 

 

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal 

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash. 

 

PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through ESPN BET and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on ESPN BET in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.   • PENN Play Credits are consumed by expiration date, meaning credits with the soonest expiration date will be consumed first, followed by later expiration credits. Credits cannot be combined with cash but can be used with other PENN Play Credits to place higher value bets than the individual value of a singular Credit award.  

 

  1. Cancellation 

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  • You may only have one (1) active Account at any time. 

  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer. 

  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. 

  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  

  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. 

  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
