Opt-in & Get $20 in PENN Play Credits T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”) 

 

Players who opt-in can receive $20 in PENN Play Credits (defined below) to be used on any game available on Hollywood Casino. 

 

The “Opt-in & Get $20 in PENN Play Credits” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of Hollywood Casino, which can be viewed at Hollywood Casino Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following: 

 

  1. Description of Promotion 

How It Works (short terms) 

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is required. 

  • Eligibility: Available to players who received exclusive email communications via the email associated with their stand-alone Hollywood Casino Account.  

  • Promotion Offer: Players who opt-in will receive $20 in PENN Play Credits that can be used on any game available on Hollywood Casino. Limit of one (1) Promotion Offer per Account. 

  • PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through ESPN BET and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on ESPN BET in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.   • Promotion Period: The Promotion Period is as follows:  

  • January 9, 2025: 12:00:00 AM ET - March 16, 2025: 11:59:59 PM ET 

 

Additional Terms 

  • PENN Play Credits are added automatically to a player’s Account after opting in to the Promotion. 

  • PENN Play Credits must be used within seven (7) days after receipt. 

  • To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@hollywoodcasino.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or Play Through Requirements.

  • Must be physically present in the Sstate of Michigan in order to wager. 

  • This Promotion is offered by Penn Sports Interactive, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, the “Sponsor”). 

 

  1. Promotion Period 

The Promotion Period is as follows: 

  • January 9, 2025: 12:00:00 AM ET - March 16, 2025: 11:59:59 PM ET 

 

  1. Eligibility 

  • Available to players who received exclusive email communications via the email associated with their Account. Invitation and PENN Play amount are based on previous activity. 

  • Available to players in a state where the stand-alone Hollywood Casino App is live. 

  • Eligibility restrictions apply. See ‘Eligibility’ section of the Promotion Terms for details. 

 

  1. Action Required 

Opt-in is required by the player in order to receive the PENN Play Credits.  

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer 

The Promotion Offer will be credited to your Account in the form of PENN Play Credits. PENN Play Credits are added automatically to a player’s Account and must be used within seven (7) days after receipt. Promotion Reward is added automatically unless a malfunction occurs. If not added automatically, the Promotion Reward will be applied within three (3) Business Days. No further action is necessary. For more information on bonuses please visit our Bonus page. 

 

  1. Registration Procedures 

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on Hollywood Casino, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on Hollywood Casino is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.  

 

  1. Limitations on Participation 

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.   1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions 

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer.  

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering 

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers. 

  • PENN Play Credits may be wagered on eligible Hollywood Casino games and must be wagered before you may use your cash balance.

  1. Eligible Games 

Promotion Offer may be wagered on any games available on Hollywood Casino. 

 

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal 

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash. 

 

PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through ESPN BET and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on ESPN BET in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.   • PENN Play Credits are consumed by expiration date, meaning credits with the soonest expiration date will be consumed first, followed by later expiration credits. Credits cannot be combined with cash but can be used with other PENN Play Credits to place higher value bets than the individual value of a singular Credit.  

 

  1. Cancellation 

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@hollywoodcasino.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn. 

 

  1. Gambling Problem?

  1. Other Terms 

  • In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail.  

  • All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions. 

  • You may only have one (1) active Account at any time. 

  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer. 

  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. 

  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  

  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. 

  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on Hollywood Casino immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
