New York Profit Boost Pack & ESPN+

Players in New York who register for an Account with ESPN BET during the Promotion Period will receive five (5) 30% Profit Boosts for use on NHL, NFL, NBA, or NCAAF market(s) with odds +400 or longer. In addition, Players will also receive a Promotion Code redeemable for thirty (30) days of ESPN+ when they make a deposit. There is a maximum wager of $10 associated with each Promotion Offer.

How It Works (short terms) 

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is not required. 

  • Eligibility: Available to all players that register for an ESPN BET Account in the state of New York. 

  • Action Required: Players must register for an ESPN BET Account in the state of New York and make a deposit of at least $10 during the Promotion Period. 

  • Eligible Games: Any NFL, NHL, NBA, or NCAAF market(s) available on ESPN BET.  

  • Promotion Period: Below is the Promotion Period for the Promotion: 

  • November 11, 2024: 12:00:00 AM ET - February 10, 2025: 11:59:59 PM ET 

  • Promotion Offer: Players will receive five (5) Profit Boosts upon successful registration and a Promotion Code for a thirty (30) day offer of ESPN+ when they make an Eligible deposit. Each Profit Boost can be used on one (1) Eligible Game during the Promotion Period. The following Profit Boosts will be loaded to player’s Accounts:  

  • (1): One (1) 30% NFL Same Game Parlay (SGP) or Parlay Profit Boost  

  • (2): One (1) 30% NCAAF Same Game Parlay (SGP) or Parlay Profit Boost  

  • (3): One (1) 30% Any Sport Same Game Parlay (SGP) or Parlay Profit Boost  

  • (4): One (1) 30% NHL Standard Parlay Profit Boost  

  • (5): One (1) 30% NBA Standard Parlay Profit Boost  

  • All Profit Boosts wagers must have odds of +400 or longer. 

  • All Profit Boosts have a $10 maximum wager requirement. 

  • Limit of one (1) Promotion Offer per Account.  

  • Profit Boosts must be used within 30 days of receipt. 

  • Profit Boosts are a bonus which may only be used on ESPN BET. Wagers with Profit Boosts that settle as a WIN will return the stake and the boosted odds winnings to the player in withdrawable cash. Additional Terms 

  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance. 

  • Profit Boosts will be applied to the player’s Account upon successful registration and must be used within 30 days of receipt. 

  • ESPN+ Promotion Code will be sent to the player’s email that is associated with their ESPN Bet account within 72 hours.  

  • ESPN+ Promotion Code can only be redeemed by new and returning ESPN+ Subscribers and must be redeemed by March 10, 2025.

Below is the Promotion Period for the Promotion:

  1. Action Required 

Players must successfully complete registration and make a deposit during the Promotion Period in New York to receive the Promotion Offer. 

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer 

All Profit Boosts will be applied to the player’s Account automatically after successful registration. In the event of technical difficulties, Promotion Offer will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 business hours. Profit Boost must be used within thirty (30) days of receipt. ESPN+ Promotion Codes will be sent via the email associated with the players ESPN BET account within 72 hours. The ESPN+ redemption code is valid only for U.S. residents, 21 years of age or older. Codes cannot be redeemed by active ESPN+ subscribers. Code entitles the holder to thirty (30) days of ESPN+. To redeem, visit ESPNPlus.com/redeem, enter the code provided, and log into or create your ESPN account. A condition to redemption is that the holder must accept the Subscriber Agreement in connection with their access to ESPN+. Code is one-time use only. Void where prohibited, not a gift card. Cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, discounts or promotions. Code is not refundable or redeemable for cash or any other goods or services and cannot be sold, or exchanged or credited towards purchase of other subscriptions, and will not be honored if obtained from any third party. ESPN and its affiliates are released from any claims arising from the promotion by any entrants. 

 

  1. Registration Procedures 

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

  1. Limitations on Participation 

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.   1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions 

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period, or wagers that are settled using the live “Cash Out” feature are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer.  Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer. 

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering 

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers. 

  • Profit Boosts may be used on eligible ESPN BET markets and must be manually selected in your betslip window when placing a wager.

  1. Eligible Games 

Any NFL, NHL, NBA, or NCAAF market(s) available on ESPN BET. Each Profit Boost can be used on one (1) Eligible Game during the Promotion Period. 

 

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal 

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash.  

 

Profit Boosts are eligible to be wagered in line with all the following requirements ("Profit Boost Requirements”) in order to be converted to withdrawable real cash: 

  • Profit Boosts can be redeemed on specified sportsbook markets. 

  • Profit Boosts may only be redeemed one at a time. 

  • Profit Boosts cannot be used on bets placed with Bonus Bets or PENN Play Credits. 

  • Winnings will automatically convert to real cash upon bet settlement.  

  • Profit Boosts cannot be used on any Casino games. 

 

  1. Cancellation 

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  • You may only have one (1) active Account at any time. 

  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer. 

  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. 

  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  

  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. 

  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
