$300K Parlay Giveaway

New players can enter for a chance to earn entries into a random drawing to win up to $250 in a Best Buy Digital Gift Card or Ticketmaster® Digital Gift Card by signing up for an ESPN BET Account and placing a Parlay cash wager during the Promotion Period.  

The “$300K Parlay Giveaway” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of ESPN BET, which can be viewed at ESPN BET Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

 

  1. Description of Promotion

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in required.
  • Eligibility: Available to never previously registered and deposited players of a Penn Sports Interactive, LLC sports betting product, who reside in a state where the ESPN BET app is live.
  • Eligible Games: Any market or game available on ESPN BET played during the Promotion Period.
  • Action Required:
    • Step 1: Register for a new Account on ESPN BET.
    • Step 2: Players must make a parlay cash wager of any amount on an Eligible Game during the Promotion Period to be eligible for the Promotion Offer. 
  • Eligible Wager: Players must opt-in and place a Parlay cash wager of any amount on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period. Players will earn one (1) entry for every Eligible Wager placed on the Eligible Games. There is no limit to the number of entries a player can earn for the Promotion.
  • Promotion Offer: For every Eligible Wager placed on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period, players will earn one (1) entry into a random drawing for a chance to win a Best Buy Digital Gift Card up to $250 or a $250 Ticketmaster® Digital Gift Card up to $250. At the conclusion of the applicable Promotion Period, 445 players will be randomly selected to receive one (1) Gift Card. The random drawing will be completed within 72 hours of the conclusion of the Promotion Period, and the prize winners will be determined using a random number generator. Each player is limited to one (1) winning draw per Promotion Period. Non-winning entries earned are eligible for the random drawings conducted in the subsequent Promotion Periods. Gift Cards will be awarded within seven (7) days from the end of the applicable Promotion Period. Limit one (1) Promotion Offer per Account per Promotion Period.

      • 50 Best Buy Digital Gift Cards, each valued at $75
      • 135 Best Buy Digital Gift Cards, each valued at $50
      • 20 Best Buy Digital Gift Cards, each valued at $25

TM Gift Card may be used toward the purchase of tickets sold through the Ticketmaster and Live Nation websites and in the Ticketmaster mobile app in the U.S. and Canada. TM Gift Card cannot be used toward VIP Nation®, fan clubs, other gift cards and select ticket packages. Exclusions may apply to TM+, Platinum, Fan-to-Fan Resale, TicketExchange by Ticketmaster® and other tickets not sold directly by Ticketmaster. Other exclusions may apply. TM Gift Card cannot be combined with other Gift Cards, gift certificates or other coupons. TM Gift Card may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or promotional activities without Live Nation’s prior written approval and may not be transferred or sold other than through authorized Ticketmaster channels. Live Nation reserves the right to cancel a TM Gift Card if it believes that the TM Gift Card was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means. If the TM Gift Card holder’s purchase exceeds the amount of that TM Gift Card’s balance, the TM Gift Card holder must pay the difference by another means. Unused TM Gift Card balances are not transferable. TM Gift Card is not returnable or redeemable for cash except in states where it is required by law. Use of TM Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and the additional terms found here, which are subject to change at any time without notice. The use of a TM Gift Card on the Ticketmaster and Live Nation websites are subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on each site.

 

  • Promotion Period: The Promotion Periods are as follows: 
    • November 4, 2024: 12:30:00 PM ET - November 10, 2024: 11:59:59 PM ET
  • Ineligible Wagers: Any wager that does not meet the Eligible Wager requirements or falls under any of the below:
    • Bets settled as “Cash Out” or “Voided.”
    • Bets not funded with the cash wallet.
    • Bets placed prior to opt-in. 

Additional Terms

  • AMOE: No purchase necessary. Players may be eligible for the Promotion Offer by mailing their selections for an Eligible Wager to Penn Sports Interactive, LLC at 1818 Market Street, Suite 1300, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
    • Placing an actual Eligible Wager on ESPN BET is not necessary. 
    • Mail-in selections must still reflect the lines offered on espnbet.com at the time and meet the odds requirements. 
    • Mail-in selections must reference this promotion, contain a player’s full name associated with their Player Account, a player’s ESPN BET username, and their pick (team, spread/total, odds) for an Eligible Wager, and the date the mail is sent.
  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance.
  • Available to never previously registered players.
  • To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or Play Through Requirements.

  • No cash or other prize substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable value or greater value.

 

  1. Promotion Period

The Promotion Period is as follows:

  • November 4, 2024: 12:30:00 PM ET - November 10, 2024: 11:59:59 PM ET

  4. Action Required

Players must register for a new Account, opt-in to the Promotion Offer, then must place a Parlay cash wager of any amount on an Eligible Game during the Promotion Period to be eligible for the Promotion Offer. 

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer

The random drawing for the Gift Card will be completed within 72 hours after the Promotion Period ends, and the winners will be determined using a random number generator. Each player is limited to one (1) winning draw per Promotion Period. Players must be subscribed to email in order to be considered for the drawing. Promotion Offer will be sent to the email address associated with the ESPN Bet Account within seven (7) days. Limit of one (1) Promotion Offer per Account per Promotion Period. No cash or other prize substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable value or greater.

 

  1. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

  1. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.   1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period, or wagers that are settled using the live “Cash Out” feature are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer.  Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.

  2. Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.

Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction.   2. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail.

  4. You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
  5. By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
  6. Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  7. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
  8. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  9. Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward. 

 

RELEASE

  1. Except where prohibited, by participating in the Promotion, you agree to release Sponsor, Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”); Ticketmaster, LLC (“Ticketmaster”), promotional agencies, franchisees, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees (collectively “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation (a) the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information; (b) acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of the prize that may be awarded; (c) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (d) technical and/or communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind; (e) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion; (f) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (g) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize; (h) if Sponsor must cancel or terminate the Promotion for any reason; or (i) if any prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond Released Parties control. You agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability shall be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees or other legal costs.

 

  1. You acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize including, without limitation, the prize quality or availability.

 

Live Nation and Ticketmaster are not Sponsors of the Promotion, and are in no way responsible for the administration of the Promotion, the verification of winners or the fulfillment of prizing.  All inquiries regarding the Promotion should be directed to Sponsor.
