ESPN BET Activation - CHI Bears Activations Merch Giveaway invites existing ESPN BET players who visit the ESPN BET CHI Bears Activation station to receive exclusive ESPN BET merchandise when they make a $10+ deposit and place a $10+ cash wager using one (1) of the Promotion codes provided by an ESPN BET representative. Cash wager must be verified by an ESPN BET representative. Additionally, players will receive a $10 Bonus Bet (defined below) upon successful deposit with the Promotion code.  

 

The “ESPN BET Activation – CHI Bears Activations Merch Giveaway” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of ESPN BET, which can be viewed at ESPN BET Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following: 

 

  1. Description of Promotion 

How It Works (short terms) 

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in not required. 

  • Eligibility: The Promotion is only available to players with an active and verified Account (see Section 3) who visit the ESPN BET CHI Bears Activation Station at Soldier Field. 

  • Action Required: 

  • Step 1: Deposit $10 or more into your Account using one (1) of the Promotion codes which will be made available at the ESPN BET CHI Bears Activation Station. 

  • Step 2: Place a cash wager of $10 or more on an Eligible Game during the Promotion Period which is verified by an ESPN BET representative. 

  • Eligible Games: Any games, events, matches, etc. available on ESPN BET.  

  • Eligible Wagers: Players must place a cash wager of $10 or more on ESPN BET during the Promotion Period. 

  • Promotion Offer: Players who visit the ESPN BET CHI Bears Activation Station, deposit $10+ using one (1) of the Promotion codes provided and place a $10 or more cash wager on ESPN BET that is verified by an ESPN BET representative, will receive exclusive ESPN BET Merchandise. Additionally, players will receive a $10 Bonus Bet upon successful deposit with the Promotion code.  

  • Promotion Period: Players must complete the Promotional requirements during the following Promotion Period: 

  • September 8, 2024, at 12:00:00 AM ET through November 10, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM ET   

  • Ineligible Wagers:  

  • Bets settled as “Cash Out” or “Voided.”  

  • Bets funded with Bonus Bets or Bonus Spins. 

 

Additional Terms 

  • Available to existing players with an active and verified Account (see Section 3) who visit the ESPN BET CHI Bears Activation Station at Soldier Field. 

  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance. 

  • Bonus Bets will be applied to the player's Account within 72 hours and must be used within three (3) days of receipt.

  1. Promotion Period 

The Promotion Period is as follows: 

  • September 8, 2024, at 12:00:00 AM ET through November 10, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM ET   

 

  1. Eligibility 

  • The Promotion is only available to existing players with an active and verified Account. 

  • Eligibility restrictions apply. See ‘Eligibility’ section of the Promotion Terms for details. 

 

  1. Action Required 

Players must visit the ESPN BET CHI Bears Activation Station at Soldier Field, deposit $10+ with the provided Promotion code, and place an Eligible Wager on Eligible Games which is verified by an ESPN BET representative (see Section 10) in order to receive the Promotion Offer. 

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer 

ESPN BET merchandise will be provided once the Promotional requirements have been completed and verified by an ESPN BET representative. Bonus Bets will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours and must be used within three (3) of receipt. 

 

  1. Registration Procedures 

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.  

 

  1. Limitations on Participation 

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.   1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions 

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period, or wagers that are settled using the live “Cash Out” feature are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer.  Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer. 

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering 

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers. 

  • Bonus Bets may be wagered on eligible ESPN BET markets and must be manually selected in your betslip window when placing a wager.

  1. Eligible Games 

Eligible Wagers may be placed on any sports game, match, or event available on the ESPN BET.  

 

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal 

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash.  

 

Bonus Bet funds are eligible to be wagered in line with all the following requirements (“Bonus Bet Requirements”) in order to be converted to withdrawable real cash: 

  • Bonus Bet funds can be redeemed on any Sportsbook market, including straights, parlays, and futures. 

  • Bonus Bets may only be redeemed one at a time. 

  • Winnings will automatically convert to real cash upon bet settlement.  

  • Bonus Bets cannot be used on any Casino games. 

 

  1. Cancellation 

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn. 

 

  1. Gambling Problem?

  1. Other Terms 

  • In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail.  

  • All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions. 

  • You may only have one (1) active Account at any time. 

  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer. 

  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. 

  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  

  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. 

  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
