Featured Game Boost - PENN Play Credits

Featured Game Boost T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”) 

 

Invited Players can receive an additional 50% of their winnings in PENN Play Credits (defined below) on their first 10 cash wagers placed on the Eligible Games, up to $5 in PENN Play Credits per wager. 

 

The “Featured Game Boost” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of ESPN BET, which can be viewed at ESPN BET Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

How It Works (short terms)  

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is not required. 

  • Eligibility: Available to select and invited players with an active and verified Account.

  • Eligible Wagers: Players must place 10 cash wagers of any amount on the Eligible Games on Hollywood Casino during the Promotion Period. Only the first 10 cash wagers across the Eligible Games are eligible for the Promotion Offer. 

  • Promotion Offer: Players who place Eligible Wager(s) on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period, will receive 50% of the winnings incurred back up to $5 per wager, up to a maximum of $50 in PENN Play Credit. Only the total winnings of the first 10 cash wagers placed across the Eligible Games will qualify for the Promotion Offer. Players may claim the Promotion Offer one (1) time during the Promotion Period. 

  • PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through ESPN BET and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on ESPN BET in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.   • PENN Play Credits are consumed by expiration date, meaning credits with the soonest expiration date will be consumed first, followed by later expiration credits. Credits cannot be combined with cash but can be used with other PENN Play Credits to place higher value bets than the individual value of a singular Credit award.

  • Invited players will receive the Promotion Offer via the email associated with their Account.  

  • Invited Players must place 10 cash wagers on the Eligible Games available on Hollywood Casino to receive the Promotion Offer. 

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer 

PENN Play Credit is added automatically to a player’s Account upon completing the promotional requirements and must be used within two (2) days of receipt. Promotion Offer is redeemable one (1) time per Promotion Period. 

 

  1. Registration Procedures 

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET/Hollywood Casino, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET/Hollywood Casino is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.  

 

  1. Limitations on Participation 

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward. 

 

  1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions 

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.   

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering  

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers. 

  • PENN Play Credit may be wagered on Hollywood Casino or ESPN BET and must be manually selected when placing a wager.

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal 

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash.

  1. Cancellation 

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer. 

  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. 

  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  

  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. 

  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET/Hollywood Casino immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
