New Player 24 Hour Reset T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”) 

 

New Hollywood Casino players who sign up for an ESPN BET Account using a specified Promotion code, will receive 100% back in Eligible Cashback (defined below) on their total net cash losses sustained on Casino wagers within the first 24 hours of registration. Minimum net cash loss of at least $10 to be eligible for the Promotion Offer. Cashback rate will be 100% on Casino. 

 

The “New Player 24 Hour Reset” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of ESPN BET, which can be viewed at ESPN BET Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following: 

 

  1. Description of Promotion 

How It Works (short terms)  

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is not required. 

  • Eligibility: Available to never previously registered and deposited players of a Penn Sports Interactive, LLC sports betting product, who reside in a state where the ESPN BET app is live. 

  • Players who had registered and made a deposit on a Penn Sports Interactive, LLC sports betting product prior to May 27, 2024 at 12:00:00 PM ET are not eligible for this Promotion Offer. 

  • Eligible Games: Any game(s) available on Hollywood Casino. 

  • Action Required:  

  • Step 1: Register for a new Account using one (1) of the Promotion codes which will be made available through one (1) of the following Affiliate partners: XL Media, Better Collective, or GDC Group. Promotion codes will be visible via Affiliate partners website. 

  • Step 2: Players must make a deposit of at least $10 into their Account and place a cash wager of any amount on an Eligible Game during the Promotion Period to be eligible for the Promotion Offer.   

  • Promotion Offer: Players who register for an ESPN BET Account using one (1) of the Promotion Codes available through one (1) Affiliate partner, will receive 100% back in Eligible Cashback on their total net cash losses sustained on Casino wagers within the first 24 hours of registration. Players must incur a minimum net cash loss of at least $10 to be eligible for the Promotion Offer. Players can receive up to $500 in Eligible Cashback. Eligible Cashback will have a 100% Casino Cashback Rate.  

  • Promotion codes will be visible via affiliate website. 

  • Eligible Cashback is a non-wagerable bonus balance which converts to withdrawable cash at a rate specified herein through eligible cash wagers. For more information on Eligible Cashback please see Section 11 or visit our Bonus page. 

  • Promotion Period: The Promotion will begin at 12:00:00 AM ET on July 1, 2024 and end at 11:59:59 PM EST on July 31, 2024. 

 

Additional Terms 

  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance. 

  • Eligible Cashback will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours and must be used within seven (7) days of receipt.

  1. Promotion Period 

The Promotion will begin at 12:00:00 AM ET on July 1, 2024 and end at 11:59:59 PM EST on July 31, 2024. 

 

  1. Eligibility 

  • Available to new players in a state where Hollywood Casino within the ESPN BET app is live. 

  • Eligibility restrictions apply. See ‘Eligibility’ section of the Promotion Terms for details. 

 

  1. Action Required 

Players must register for an ESPN BET Account using one (1) of the Promotion codes available through one (1) Affiliate partner to be able to unlock the Promotion Offer. Promotion codes will be visible via Affiliate partners website.  

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer 

Players who register for an Account during the Promotion Period will receive the Promotion Offer. Eligible Cashback will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours and must be used within seven (7) days of receipt. No further action is necessary. 

  

  1. Registration Procedures 

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.  

 

  1. Limitations on Participation 

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward. 

 

  1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions 

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Eligible Cashback awarded may be converted by wagering real cash on Casino and is subject to a cashback rate of 100% on Casino. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.   

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering  

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers. 

  • Eligible Cashback cannot be wagered and converts to real cash by placing eligible cash wagers.

  1. Eligible Games 

Eligible Wagers may be placed on any games available on Hollywood Casino. 

 

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal 

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash. 

 

Eligible Cashback balances may be converted to withdrawable real cash in line with all the following requirements (“Eligible Cashback Requirements”):  

  • Eligible Cashback awarded may be converted by wagering on Casino and is subject to a cashback rate of 100% on all casino games. 

  • Example: a $10 Eligible Cashback balance with a 100% cashback rate would require the patron to wager a total of $10 cash in order to unlock the full $10 cashback (100% of $10 in total cash wagered). Cashback will unlock progressively, meaning that for every qualifying wager that a patron places, a portion of the Eligible Cashback balance will unlock as cash in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Eligible Cashback. 

 

  1. Cancellation 

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  • You may only have one (1) active Account at any time. 

  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer. 

  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. 

  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  

  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. 

  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
