It's Crazy Time!

It's Crazy Time! T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)

 

Players who place cash wagers of at least $5 or more on Crazy Time! during the Promotion Period and hit all four (4) Bonus Game Slices at least one (1) time will receive an equivalent share of Cash Prize Pool each day during the Promotion Period. 

 

The “It's Crazy Time!” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of ESPN BET, which can be viewed at ESPN BET Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

 

  1. Description of Promotion

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is not required.
  • Eligibility: Available to players with an active and verified Account. 
  • Eligible Games: The Eligible Game is as follows: 
    • Crazy Time!
  • Eligible Wager: Players must place cash wager(s) of at least $5 on the Eligible Game and hit all four (4) Bonus Game Slices at least one (1) day during the Promotion Period to receive the Promotion Offer. Each Bonus Game Slice is labeled the following: 
    • Pachinko 
    • Crazy Time 
    • Coin Flip 
    • Cash Hunt
  • Promotion Offer: Players must place Eligible Wager(s) on the Eligible Game and hit all four (4) Bonus Game Slices at least one (1) day of the Promotion Period to receive an equivalent share of Cash. The Promotion Offer can be claimed one (1) time each day of the Promotion Period. 
    • Prize Structure:
      • PA, NJ: Share of $1,000 Cash per day.
      • WV: Share of $500 Cash per day.
  • Promotion Period: The Promotion will begin at 12:00:00 AM ET on August 5, 2024, and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 8, 2024.
    • Each “day” of the Promotion Period is between 12:00:00 AM ET and 11:59:00 PM ET. 

 

Additional Terms

  • THE WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE.
  • Cash is applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours from the end of each day of the Promotion Period.

  • Must be physically present in the State of New Jersey, West Virginia or the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in order to wager.
  • This Promotion is offered by Penn Sports Interactive, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, the “Sponsor”).

 

  1. Promotion Period

The Promotion will begin at 12:00:00 AM ET on August 5, 2024, and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 8, 2024.

  2. Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account.
  3. Eligibility restrictions apply. See ‘Eligibility’ section of the Promotion Terms for details.

 

  1. Action Required

Players must place an Eligible Wager on the Eligible Game (see Section 10) to receive the Promotion Offer. 

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer

Cash will be applied to the player's Account within 72 hours from the end of the Promotion Period.

 

  1. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

  1. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.

 

  1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. 

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
  2. Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.

  1. Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  3. All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions.
  4. You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
  5. By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
  6. Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  7. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
  8. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  9. Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
