Jackpot Community Challenge T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”) 

 

Players who wager $50 or more on Legendary Larry during the Promotion Period can earn between 10 and 30 Bonus Spins (defined below). If the Legendary Larry Mega Jackpot balance surpasses $47,000 by August 4, 2024, eligible players who have met the Eligible Wager requirement will receive 20 Bonus Spins. If the Jackpot hits before August 4, 2024, eligible players who have met the Eligible Wager requirement will receive 30 Bonus Spins. If the Jackpot does not surpass $47,000 and does not hit by August 4, 2024, all qualifying players will receive 10 Bonus Spins. All Bonus Spins will be valued at $0.20 each. 

 

The “Jackpot Community Challenge” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of ESPN BET, which can be viewed at ESPN BET Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following: 

 

  1. Description of Promotion 

How It Works (short terms) 

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is NOT required. 

  • Eligibility: Available to all players with a verified Account.  

  • Eligible Game: The Eligible Game for the Promotion is as follows: 

  • Legendary Larry 

  • Eligible Wager: Players must place $50 or more in cumulative cash wagers on the Eligible Game during the Promotion Period to be eligible for the Promotion Offer.  

  • Promotion Offer: Players who place an Eligible Wager on the Eligible Game during the Promotion Period will receive between 10 and 30 Bonus Spins depending on the Legendary Larry Mega Jackpot balance on August 4, 2024. If the Jackpot surpasses $47,000 by August 4, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM, all players who have met the Eligible Wager requirement will receive 20 Bonus Spins. If the Jackpot hits before August 4, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM, all players who met the Eligible Wager requirement will receive 30 Bonus Spins.  If the Jackpot does not surpass $47,000 and does not hit by August 4, 2024, qualifying players will receive 10 Bonus Spins. All Bonus Spins will be valued at $0.20 each.  

  • Eligible Participants will receive a follow-up email notification within 72 hours of the Promotion Period end date indicating the total amount of Bonus Spins won during the Promotion Period.

  • Bonus Spins awarded may be used on eligible Slot games available on Hollywood Casino. Bonus Spins will automatically convert to real cash upon completion of a casino round.   • 12:00:00 AM ET on July 29, 2024, and end on August 4, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM ET. 

 

Additional Terms 

  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance. 

  • Bonus Spins will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours upon completion of the Promotion Period and must be used within three (3) days of receipt.

  1. Promotion Period 

Below is the Promotion Period: 

  • 12:00:00 AM ET on July 29, 2024, and end on August 4, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM ET. 

 

  1. Eligibility 

  • Available to players who received exclusive email communications via the email associated with their Account.  

  • Eligibility restrictions apply. See ‘Eligibility’ section of the Promotion Terms for details. 

 

  1. Action Required 

Invited players must wager $50 or more on the Eligible Game during the Promotion Period to be eligible for the Promotion Offer. 

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer 

The Promotion Offer will be credited to your Account in the form of Bonus Spins. Bonus Spins will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours upon completion of the Promotion Period and must be used within three (3) days of receipt.   1. Registration Procedures 

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.  

 

  1. Limitations on Participation 

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward. 

 

  1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions 

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer.  

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering  

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers. 

  • Bonus Spins may be wagered on eligible Hollywood Casino games and must be wagered before you may use your cash balance.

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal 

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash.  

 

Bonus Spins are eligible to be wagered in line with all the following requirements (“Bonus Spin 

Requirements”) in order to be converted to withdrawable real cash: 

  • Bonus Spins awarded may be used on eligible Slot games only. Eligible Slot games and Bonus Spin denominations will be specified in player communications. 

  • Bonus Spins will be available based on the order they are received in (first in first out). 

  • Winnings will automatically convert to real cash upon completion of the casino round. 

  • Available Bonus Spins must be wagered through on eligible games before cash funds may be used. 

  • Bonus Spins cannot be used on any Sportsbook markets. 

 

  1. Cancellation 

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  1. Other Terms 

  • In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail.

  • You may only have one (1) active Account at any time. 

  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer. 

  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. 

  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  

  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. 

  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
