Weekly Picks T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”) 

 

Players can earn up to ten (10) entries towards a random drawing each week by depositing $10+ a day, wagering $1+ on Blackjack, wagering $1 on Roulette, and wagering $1+ on Slots. 5,000 players will be randomly selected to receive between $5 and $1,500 in Eligible Cashback (defined below) or 10 to 50 Bonus Spins (defined below) valued at $0.20 each. Cashback rate will be 100% on Casino. 

 

The “Weekly Picks” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of ESPN BET, which can be viewed at ESPN BET Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

How It Works (short terms) 

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is not required. 

  • Eligibility: Available to players with an active and verified Account.  

  • Eligible Games: All Blackjack, Roulette, and Slot games available on Hollywood Casino. 

  • Action Required: Players can earn entries into a random drawing during each Promotion Period by completing the following Action Items: 

  • Earn one (1) entry for depositing $10+ into your ESPN BET account each day of the Applicable Promotion Period  

  • Limited to one (1) entry per day. Maximum of seven (7) entries per Promotion Period. 

  • Earn one (1) entry by wagering $1+ on any Blackjack game(s) available on Hollywood Casino 

  • Earn one (1) entry by wagering $1+ on any Roulette game(s) available on Hollywood Casino 

  • Earn one (1) entry by wagering $1+ on any Slot game(s) available on Hollywood Casino 

  • Each player is limited to a maximum of ten (10) entries per Promotion Period if all four (4) Action Items are completed. 

  • Promotion Offer: Each week 5,000 players will be randomly selected to receive between $5 and $1,500 in Eligible Cashback or 10 to 50 Bonus Spins valued at $0.20 each. Cashback rate will be 100% on Casino. Limit one (1) Promotion Offer per Account, per Promotion Period. Prize breakdown for Eligible Cashback and Bonus Spins below: 

  • 1st Selection - $1,500 in Eligible Cashback  

  • 2nd Selection - $750 in Eligible Cashback  

  • 3rd Selection - $400 in Eligible Cashback  

  • 4th - 8th Selection - $100 in Eligible Cashback each 

  • 9th - 20th Selection - $50 in Eligible Cashback each 

  • 21st - 50th Selection - $25 in Eligible Cashback each 

  • 51st - 400th Selection - $10 in Eligible Cashback each 

  • 401st - 700th Selection - 50 Bonus Spins valued at $0.20 each 

  • 701st - 1,100th Selection - $5 in Eligible Cashback each 

  • 1,101st - 1,500th Selection - 25 Bonus Spins valued at $0.20 each 

  • 1,501st - 5,000th Selection - 10 Bonus Spins valued at $0.20 each

Additional Terms 

  • Eligible Cashback and Bonus Spins are added to a player’s Account within 72 hours upon the completion of each Promotion Period. 

  • Eligible Cashback and Bonus Spins must be used within three (3) days after receipt. 

  • To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at  support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or Play Through Requirements.

  1. Promotion Period 

Below are the Promotion Periods:

 

  • 12:00:00 AM ET on July 29, 2024, and end on August 4, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM ET. 

 

  1. Eligibility 

  • Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account. 

  • Eligibility restrictions apply. See ‘Eligibility’ section of the Promotion Terms for details. 

 

  1. Action Required 

Players can earn one (1) entry into a random drawing during each Promotion Period by completing the following Action Items: 

  • Depositing $10+ into their ESPN BET account each day 

  • Limited to one (1) entry per day. Maximum of seven (7) entries per Promotion Period. 

  • Wagering $1+ on any Blackjack Game available on Hollywood Casino  

  • Wagering $1+ on any Roulette Game available on Hollywood Casino 

  • Wagering $1+ on any Slot game available on Hollywood Casino 

  • Each player is limited to a maximum of ten (10) entries per Promotion Period if all four (4) Action Items are completed. 

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer 

The random drawing for the Promotion Offer will be completed within 72 hours of the conclusion of each Promotion Period. Prize winners are determined using a random number generator. Each player is limited to one (1) winning entry per Promotion Period. Eligible Cashback and Bonus Spins will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours and must be used within three (3) days after receipt. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s decisions regarding winners are final. 

 

  1. Registration Procedures 

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.  

 

  1. Limitations on Participation 

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward. 

 

  1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions 

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Eligible Cashback awarded may be converted by wagering real cash on Casino and is subject to a cashback rate of 100% on Casino. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.  

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering 

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers. 

  • Eligible Cashback cannot be wagered and converts to real cash by placing eligible cash wagers. 

  • Bonus Spins may be wagered on eligible Hollywood Casino games and must be wagered before you may use your cash balance.

  1. Eligible Games 

All Blackjack, Roulette, and Slot games available on Hollywood Casino.

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal 

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash.   

 

Eligible Cashback balances may be converted to withdrawable real cash in line with all the following requirements (“Eligible Cashback Requirements”):  

  • Eligible Cashback awarded may be converted by wagering on Casino and is subject to a cashback rate of 100%. 

  • Example: a $10 Eligible Cashback balance with a 100% cashback rate would require the patron to wager a total of $10 cash in order to unlock the full $10 cashback (100% of $10 in total cash wagered). Cashback will unlock progressively, meaning that for every qualifying wager that a patron places, a portion of the Eligible Cashback balance will unlock as cash in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Eligible Cashback.  

 

Bonus Spins are eligible to be wagered in line with all the following requirements (“Bonus Spin 

Requirements”) in order to be converted to withdrawable real cash: 

  • Bonus Spins awarded may be used on eligible Slot games only. Eligible Slot games and Bonus Spin denominations will be specified in player communications. 

  • Bonus Spins will be available based on the order they are received in (first in first out). 

  • Winnings will automatically convert to real cash upon completion of the casino round. 

  • Available Bonus Spins must be wagered through on eligible games before cash funds may be used.  

  • Bonus Spins cannot be used on any Sportsbook markets. 

 

  1. Cancellation 

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  • You may only have one (1) active Account at any time. 

  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer. 

  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. 

  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  

  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. 

  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
