Your Restricted Balance represents the amount of funds in your account that are unavailable for wagering. These funds can be withdrawn at any time. You can find your Restricted Balance in “My Account”.
Why do I have a Restricted Balance?
Some states do not permit the use of credit cards for sports wagering. If you deposited funds using a credit card in another state and have not used these funds to place a wager prior to travelling to one of these states, these funds will be reflected as a “Restricted Balance” and will be unavailable for wagering.
If you subsequently travel to an operating state that permits the use of credit cards for sports wagering, your Restricted Balance will be reflected in your Playable Balance upon entering the state.
Withdrawing your Restricted Balance
Though your Restricted Balance is not available for wagering, it can be withdrawn at any time through a normal withdrawal. All withdrawals will be drawn from your Restricted Balance first before drawing from your Playable Balance.
What if I placed a wager using credit card funds in a different state?
If you placed a wager with credit card funds in one state and then travel to a state that does not accept credit cards, any winnings will settle to your Playable Balance and will be available for wagering.
